how do you do this?ryansmom - medical records are available to you under the "freedom of Information Act". Once you request the records a release form will be sent to you. Hospitals usually impose a small charge for photocopying, but it's not expensive. If you request a childs medical records you may also have to prove you are the guardian.

I am in the process of doing this. The hospital sent me a form to fill out so they can release the records to me. There is a small fee for every page they copy.
